- Where: Georgia State University College of Law, Atlanta
Georgia State Law and its Center for Law, Health & Society invite you to Atlanta for the 40th Annual ASLME Health
Law Professors Conference, held for the first time in our fair city. The conference, the oldest and largest of its kind, serves as the premier meeting ground for professionals who teach health law or bioethics in schools of law, medicine, public health, health care administration, pharmacy, nursing and dentistry, with representatives from 40 states and 10 countries.
Presentations and seminars conducted by leading health law educators, as well as faculty new to the field, foster and inspire discussion. The program is designed to update participants on critical issues at the forefront of law, medicine and ethics, and provide an opportunity to share and disseminate new strategies, ideas and materials. Conference attendees return to their home institutions prepared to equip a new generation of students with the necessary knowledge, skills and values for professional practice.
