2012 Student Awards Announcement
The Center for Law, Health & Society is currently seeking nominations for the both the annual Health Law Award and American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics (ASLME) Award which will be presented at Honors Day at the College of Law.
The Health Law Award is granted to the law student who demonstrates outstanding achievement in the area of health law across a range of criteria including: academic performance in health law courses; writing in health law; and experiential learning (e.g. participation in clinics, externships, etc.) in the area of health law; as well as demonstrated commitment to health law through activities such as student organization leadership, health law related moot court participation, and other activities.

The ASLME Award is granted to the law student who demonstrates outstanding leadership and community-building in the area of health law.

Nominations for both awards should be submitted to Professor Charity Scott at firstname.lastname@example.org. Self-nominations and nominations by others are accepted. Nominations should address how the nominee meets or exceeds the criteria for the award.
ALL NOMINATIONS ARE DUE BY NOON ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2012.
